About Us

Highlander Emergency Medical Services is a student-run organization on campus. We are undergraduate students at the University of California, Riverside who hold our Emergency Medical Technician Certification through the California Emergency Medical Services Authority. As first-responders, Highlander EMS gives back to the UCR community by providing high-quality, compassionate care for students, staff, faculty, and visitors on campus. Along with care, we provide emergency education to create a safer and healthier campus environment.
